Purchase Arresters

Lincoln Electric System is soliciting formal bids for a three-year purchase agreement to furnish and deliver arresters from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. The contract requires the successful bidder to be authorized by the manufacturer's representative to sell products in Nebraska and to utilize only the approved manufacturers listed in the bid form. Bids must be submitted by October 15, 2026, and include a completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form, which certifies non-discrimination and annual reporting for firms with 50 or more employees and contracts exceeding 50,000 USD. The agreement specifies Net 30 payment terms and freight terms as prepaid and allowed FOB destination. A critical component of the contract is the requirement for vendors to maintain minimum stock levels for high-volume or critical items in their warehouses, with a maximum allowable delivery time of two weeks after receipt of order for these items. For non-stocking items, delivery dates will be based on the bidder's provided factory lead times. Additionally, the vendor must provide weekly order status reports and grant Lincoln Electric System the right to audit warehouse stock at any time.
