While the solicitation is technically open to all responsible sources, the USCG intends to award a single purchase order exclusively to ICOM America, Inc., citing unique product capability under FAR 6.302-1(a)(1), though submissions from other qualified vendors will still be reviewed. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336413 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees, and the requirement is unrestricted with no set-aside applied. Offers must be submitted via email to Samuel.J.Ownley2@uscg.mil with the solicitation number clearly indicated in the subject line, and must include all required documentation from Attachments 1 and 2, which outline the full terms, conditions, and justification for sole source. The closing date for receipt of quotations is July 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with an anticipated award date on or about July 15, 2026. All items must be delivered to the designated location, and compliance with traceability and certification requirements is non-negotiable and essential for consideration.
