Purchase of SUV

The Bethlehem Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one new SUV, specifically a 2026 Chevy Trax or a comparable vehicle. The required vehicle must feature a minimum 137 HP gasoline engine, a 6-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel or four-wheel drive, and a minimum seating capacity for four people. Technical specifications include a 106-inch wheelbase, specific cargo capacities of 25.6 cubic feet with seats up and 54.1 cubic feet with seats down, a steel body with four doors, and standard radial ply tires with a space saver spare. The vendor is responsible for acquiring and attaching a municipal license plate to the rear bumper, and the vehicle color will be selected by the authority from the manufacturer's standard chart.
