This is a Brand Name Only solicitation for a seal assembly, shaft, part number MP6002-21, manufactured for the IOW MP600 Centrifuge Filter, with a requirement for four units. Vendors must be authorized distributors of the OEM and submit a letter of authorization as part of their quotation. The solicitation is issued under the National Stock Number 4330-01-654-8437 and is part of a Total Small Business Set-Aside under FAR 19.5, with the NAICS code 423830. The contract is expected to be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis. Deliveries must be made FOB destination to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center at 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Building 88, Curtis Bay, Maryland 21226. Packaging and labeling must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E W/CHANGE 17, METHOD 10, and MIL-STD-12R W/CHANGE #2, including mandatory U.S. Government-approved markings for NSN, part number, purchase order, condition code, and quantity, with compliance implied for GS1 or MIL-STD-129 barcoding. Invoices must be submitted through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and payment will be made via electronic funds transfer.
