(Humana), for the provision of primary and preventative medical care services for eligible Veterans through a Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) located in Butler County, PA. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 621498 with a small business size standard of $20.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
