The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 20 in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Valor Healthcare, Inc. for the following services: lease, equip, furnish, and staff three (3) King County, Washington State, locations to provide primary care and mental health for an estimated 9,750 veteran patients, March - August 2013. NAICS 621498 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide primary care and mental health for 9,750 veteran patients located within King County, Washington State, and 3 locations, beginning 3/1/2013 and that the responding company has healthcare providers already cleared through VetPro (an Internet enabled data bank for the credentialing of Veterans Health Administration personnel which facilitates completion of uniform, accurate, and complete credential files) and already have security clearances.
