Q--WASTEWATER TESTING

The Bureau of Reclamation plans to solicit wastewater testing services to conduct required monthly analyses and provide analytical data and reporting necessary to comply with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality discharge permit under UPDES Permit No. UT0020338. The contract will cover a base year plus four option years, with the work performed by a laboratory accredited to the latest NELAC standards and certified by the State of Utah. The selected contractor must be in good standing with accrediting bodies, participate in the EPA Quality Assurance Program, and provide proof of accreditation, certification, and quality assurance sample results prior to starting. This notice is a presolicitation for informational and market research purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or create any obligation for the government to contract. The Bureau of Reclamation will issue a Firm Fixed Price purchase order with delivery within 90 days of award. The solicitation is expected to be posted around June 25, 2026, through the Beta Sam Opportunities website. Costs for responding are the sole responsibility of the respondents, and submissions become government property and will not be returned.
