Description This synopsis precedes the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C24920R0007 for Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services. Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, also known as the parent facility, requires CBOC services providing Primary Care in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in Dover, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, (IDIQ) Contract(s), made to offeror(s) who can successfully place a competitive proposal to operate a CBOC in the desired location, in Dover, TN and Hopkinsville, KY. (Be advised a further delineated area may be defined in the solicitation). Services Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business Offerors must be registered in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz Database. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/. Additionally, Service-Disabled Veteran owned, and Veteran owned contractors must be registered with Vets 100 at https://www.dol.gov/agencies/vets/programs/fcp.
