The Veteran s Administration (VA) Office of Research and Development, Regional Procurement Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Charles River Laboratories, Inc. of Wilmington, Massachusetts, on behalf of and support of the Rodent Health Surveillance Monitoring Program of the Research Department at the VA Portland Health Care System.
