The U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Embassy Amman is soliciting proposals under solicitation number PAS-JOR-FY26-003 to design and implement Qissati ma3 America, a digital storytelling campaign that amplifies the personal experiences of Jordanian alumni of U.S. government-funded exchange programs. The selected recipient will produce at least 50 multimedia stories showcasing alumni perspectives on American life, including education, technology, sports, and creative industries, with the goal of fostering deeper public understanding of the United States in Jordan. These stories will be compiled into a public digital archive and distributed via social media, alumni networks, and traditional media channels. The project must be implemented entirely in Jordan over a period of 12 to 24 months, with all deliverables, including video content and digital platforms, adhering strictly to U.S. Department of State branding guidelines and compliance with 10 FAM 416. Applications must be submitted exclusively via email to AmmanGrants@state.gov, and submissions through Grants.gov are not accepted. Proposals will be evaluated on a 100-point scale based on six criteria: program idea quality and feasibility (30 points), project planning and ability to achieve objectives (25 points), organizational capacity and past grant performance (20 points), budget reasonableness and justification (10 points), monitoring and evaluation methodology (10 points), and sustainability planning (5 points). The award will be made through a trade-off process, not based on lowest price, with preference given to applicants with lower indirect cost rates in case of tied scores. Required attachments include resumes of key personnel (one page each), letters of support from partners (one page each), proof of non-profit status, organizational registration, and a current NICRA if claiming indirect costs. The recipient must comply with stringent administrative requirements including mandatory electronic funds transfer for salaries, submission of SF-270 and SF-428 forms, adherence to the Trafficking in Persons compliance plan, and explicit prohibitions against construction, direct social services, and unapproved use of unmanned aerial systems. The estimated budget is $123,404.77 in direct costs, with no option periods specified, and funding renewal is discretionary. The proposal narrative is capped at 10 pages, with strict character limits for required sections, and must be submitted in English with budgets in U.S. dollars.

The U.S. Department of State’s Embassy Amman announces an open competition to design and implement Qissati ma3 America —a digital storytelling campaign that shares the firsthand experiences of Jordanian alumni of U.S. Department of State-funded exchange programs. Jordan is home to thousands of alumni of U.S. government funded exchange programs — professionals, policymakers, entrepreneurs, educators, athletes, and artists who have lived and studied in the United States. Despite the impact of these programs, alumni stories rarely reach the broader Jordanian public, limiting opportunities to build understanding of American society through firsthand experiences. This initiative will address the gap by transforming alumni perspectives of the United States into a public resource — giving every alumnus the opportunity to share their American story. 3 The recipient will produce a curated collection of at least 50 multimedia stories highlighting American life for Jordanian audiences: its classrooms, campuses, technology culture, sports, and creative industries. The video stories will be archived in a public digital hub and amplified through social media, alumni networks, and traditional media.

Applications are accepted via email only to AmmanGrants@state.gov. Submissions through Grants.gov will not be accepted.

Reel American: The Road to the Olympic RingsThe U.S. Department of State’s U.S. Mission to Jordan is soliciting proposals for Reel American: The Road to the Olympic Rings, a 21-month public diplomacy initiative running from October 2026 through June 2028 to engage 1,000 youth aged 16 to 25 in Jordan and surrounding regions. The program will feature one monthly film screening of classic American sports movies designed to highlight U.S. values such as teamwork, perseverance, and competitive excellence, aligning with the broader narrative of American leadership ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games. Applicants must demonstrate a strong program concept with clear objectives, a feasible timeline, and direct alignment with U.S. foreign policy goals of promoting American cultural influence and athletic legacy. Proposals must be submitted exclusively via email to Ammangrants@state.gov by 11:59 p.m. Amman time on August 31, 2026, and must include a 10-page narrative, completed SF-424, SF-424A, and SF-424B forms, key personnel resumes, letters of support from partners, proof of nonprofit status and legal registration, and a detailed budget with narrative justification. The evaluation is merit-based, weighted toward program quality and feasibility (30 points), organizational capacity (25 points), and project planning (20 points), with budget (10 points), monitoring and evaluation (10 points), and sustainability (5 points) also considered; cost is not a primary factor and is only used to break ties, with preference given to applicants with lower indirect cost rates as mandated by Executive Order 14332. Award recipients must comply with all federal grant requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, maintain a valid Unique Entity Identifier through SAM.gov, and ensure compliance with U.S. Department of State branding standards in all materials. Indirect costs require a current Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement, and all salary payments must be made via electronic funds transfer. The contract explicitly prohibits construction, direct social services, and the use of unmanned aircraft systems without prior approval. Pre-award costs are unallowable unless pre-approved, and trafficking in persons compliance is mandatory for awards exceeding $500,000. Recipients must submit quarterly program and financial reports and a final report within 120 days of program completion. The award is non-renew
