The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex located in Terre Haute, IN is issuing a single award solicitation 15B41819Q00000001, for the requirement of: Quarterly Produce delivered weekly to FCC Terre Haute, IN. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is reserved for small business set-aside. This solicitation will be FOB Destination with a preferred delivery day of Tuesdays. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, IN 47802. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. All responsive offerors must respond via email to bkeim@bop.gov with quotes using the attached specification sheet and include a signed 1449 with completed lines 17a., 30a., and 30b.
