The Department of the Interior, through the Interior Business Center’s Acquisition Services Directorate, is issuing a special notice to identify qualified contractors for future purchase orders providing appraisal and valuation services across multiple federal agencies. This pre-solicitation targets five specific appraisal needs: land exchange and potential sale negotiations at the Colville Indian Reservation, market lease rate analysis in Brown County, Kansas for trust-held agricultural property, an opinion of market value for the Makah Tribe in Washington for advertised or negotiated sales, and just compensation appraisals in Canyon County, Idaho for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. All services fall under NAICS code 531320 and are intended to be awarded via multiple purchase orders. Contractors must maintain an active SAM.gov registration and hold valid state-level licensing and professional qualifications to perform appraisals in the jurisdictions where services will be rendered.
