R -- Battle Force Tactical Networks (BFTN) - INTENDED SOLE SOURCE

Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.1.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Systems Technology Forum, LLC on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to povide technical assistance for integration, assembly and testing in support of Battle Force Tactical Networks (BFTN) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
