For this event we would like to partner with individuals and companies who are interested in providing a monetary and/or in-kind donation for T-shirts, bottled water, sports drinks, hats, etc. The total value that we would need to offset the costs of the tournament would be $500. This total can be donated by one company or can be contributed to by many different companies.Would your company like to be a part of the RAFB Dodge Ball Tournament this year? If so, we can offer you possible logo and/or name recognition in promotional event materials, our Services Edge magazine (15,000 published per month), our Services website, the Rev-Up (20,000 published per week) and even on an event thank you sign. (All opportunities above are dependent on the total value of your donation.) Those companies interested in participating should contact Marisa Mammano at +1 (555) 000-0000 or +1 (555) 000-0000 no later than June 3, 2005. Thank you for your time and consideration.
