The Department of Defense, through the Adap Spt Office, is soliciting proposals for Human Resource Support Services for the United States Army. This procurement is divided into four distinct areas of focus: Transition Services, Studies and Analysis, Recruitment and Retention, and Administrative Support. The government is utilizing a draft Request for Proposal process to gather industry feedback on the acquisition strategy, performance requirements, statements of work, and evaluation criteria to refine the final solicitation documents. Interested contractors are encouraged to review the draft RFPs and submit written comments via email within two weeks of the final draft's release. While one-on-one meetings with the technical point of contact, Susan Harvey, may be scheduled upon written request, all oral feedback must eventually be submitted in writing. Following the issuance of the final RFPs, the government will host a pre-proposal conference to provide detailed requirement information and address further industry questions.
