The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico, intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-2) with Basic Contracting Services, Inc., PO Box 897,209 West Main, Artesia NM 88210. The contractor shall provide security and patrol services for six-month period from April 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008. These six months will be an extension of current contract HSFLC040005 and will provide for these services until performance commences for a consolidated FLETC security contract being awarded under solicitation LGL07R00006. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government points of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 4:00 PM, Mountain Standard Time, February 12, 2008. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
