Notice for a SOLE SOURCE requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6, 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, for a sole source contract for advertisements at the Aloha Stadium, for the Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion: - 27 placements (signage) in the Aloha Stadium parking lot -Mauka side permanent panel on the South End Zone Auxiliary Scoreboard -One back-lit sideline fascia placement on the Makai sideline -One pre-game mention at all UH football games and the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl, including logo id, public address announcement and text message on video board -Receive six instant replay billboards at all UH home and high school football games and the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl The Hawaii Army National Guard believes that CBS Outdoor Inc. is the only responsible source that can provide the advertising requirements at the Aloha Stadium. Any parties who feel they have the capabilities required to do the above are welcome to provide documentation on their expertise and qualifications for consideration by 24 August 2011, 12:00 PM HST. All such documentation should be sent to the point of contact listed in this announcement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The intent of this announcement is to determine if any source(s) exist, and therefore, Solicitation no. W912J611P0041 will not be made available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
