R -- NAVIKNOT 450D Doppler Sonar INTENDED SOLE SOURCE

This is an intended sole source announcement. Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 2.2.1.3, intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Valkyrie Enterprises, on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to provide onsite support in Singapore to install government supplied Naviknot 450D Doppler Sonar equipment onboard USNS EFFECTIVE and USNS ABLE in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
