The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a sole source Delivery Order against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0288 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), 6900 Main St. Stratford, Ct. 06601 to provide engineering and design services, analysis, qualification, test support and aircraft support for the MH-60R air vehicle. This effort includes providing non-recurring engineering services related to Production Design of the U.S. Navy MH-60R Multi Mission Helicopter. Selected components will be designed for incorporation into LRIP II aircraft. Emphasis is placed on streamlining production, reducing weight and improving reliability, maintainability and commonality.
