The U. S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with the University of Maryland Baltimore County, 1000 Hilltop Circle, Baltimore, MD 21250. The contractor shall integrate an algorithmic method developed under contract W91ZLK-08-P-1269 into the existing Chemical Biological Identification Algorithm Benchmark. UMBC is the developer of the algorithm and the only one who has the knowledge to successfully integrate it.
