This proposed contract action is for Technology-Enhanced Courtroom Training for Lawyers and Paralegals for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code of this procurement is 611310 and the size standard is $7.0M. In 2007, the College of William and Mary was awarded contract W912CL-07-C-0005, to design and install a technology-enhanced courtroom at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and to develop training courses for lawyer and paralegals that would be utilizing the courtroom. This requirement is a logical follow-on to the original contract, for additional lawyer and paralegal training in the use of the technology-enhanced courtroom in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered.
