Reasonable Accommodations (RA) analyst support services to support the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Departmental Office of Civil Rights (DOCR) responsible for ensuring that the Agency is compliant with the provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Rehabilitation Act); the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADAA); Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (Title VII); and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act of 2023 (PWFA). These statutes and their associated regulations require federal agencies to provide reasonable accommodations for qualified applicants and employees who qualify based on disability status, religion, or pregnancy, childbirth, and related medical conditions, unless doing so would cause an undue hardship to the Agency.
