RCA's US Commercial Property Price Indices

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an order to Real Capital Analytics, Inc. for license and delivery of US Commercial Property Price Indices. The period of performance will be a base period of one year, beginning on September 30, 2014, with four one-year option periods. Real Capital Analytics, Inc. allows OCC analysts access to Commercial Price Index data at the state, local, and metro level. Real Capital Analytics also uses unique repeat-sale methodologies in its indices. The data will allow OCC analyst to derive critical information regarding economic and business environments, which drive the financial performance and credit strength of the various industries and companies within the United States. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 3:00 PM ET on September 12, 2014. Responses shall be submitted to contact@example.gov. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: 1. The name of your company; 2. Company DUNS No.; 3. POC name and contact information; 4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing a renewal for the specific items mentioned above; and, 5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities. It is your responsibility to demonstrate how your product(s) is capable of providing the same functionality that exists with the Reuters products mentioned above. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having a product cable of meeting the Government's needs. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government's Contracting Officer. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
