Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le site du SEAO. Les documents seront disponibles le 19 février 2026. Les frais sont fixés selon la tarification établie par le SEAO. Les soumissionnaires doivent transmettre leurs soumissions par voie électronique par le biais du SEAO, au plus tard, le 23 mars 2026 à 11 h.
