Recovery Action: OSTI Technology Infrastructure will upgrade and strengthen the technology backbone by which DOE enables public and scientific community access to the results of its Research and Development investment. This function provides transparency for decade's worth of federally-funded R&D. The needed infrastructure upgrades, additions, and support that are funded through this Recovery Act project include a redundant internet pathway capable of handling existing and expected future traffic; a live alternate processing site capable of hosting all of OSTI's scientific dissemination services; and the labor necessary to install these upgrades.
