This opportunity is available only to the 8(a) firm of Transcendence, Inc, 600 South Court Street, Suite 319, Montgomery, AL 36104-4410. An offer was made to and accepted by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to contract with a specific SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package was sent to only the designated contractor. This notice is not a notice for solicitation of offers. PRE-AWARD NOTICE (A) The name and address of the apparently successful offeror; Transcendence, Inc, 600 South Court Street, Suite 319, Montgomery, AL 36104-4410.
