This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo to prospective proponents to submit a proposal (“Proposal”) for the Supply of Automotive Oils and Lubricants, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the Agreement is intended to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the Municipality to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
This is a notice for this procurement opportunity; the bid document(s) for this opportunity have been posted on the Municipality's Bidding System (http://rmwb.bidsandtenders.ca) for viewing and downloading. All correspondence regarding this opportunity will only be communicated through the Municipality’s Bidding System. Submissions will only be received through the Municipality’s Bidding System and must be received before the submission deadline.
