Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a demand usage contract for the purchase and delivery of motor and transmission fluid. The contract is effective from December 2, 2026, through December 1, 2027, with the option for four additional one-year renewals, totaling a potential five-year term. Estimated annual quantities include 18,750 gallons of bulk motor oil, 19,000 quarts of bottled motor oil, and 3,000 gallons of bulk synthetic transmission fluid. Award will be granted to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All products must be API-certified, and rerefined oil is strictly prohibited. Transmission fluid must be Allison TES-668 approved for use in Allison 2000 and 3000 series transmissions. Deliveries must be made to six designated fleet maintenance locations within five business days of an order, with bulk oil transported in tankers designated for oil only.
