Renovation work at the Consulate Frankfurt

Renovation work is required at the Consulate Frankfurt/Main in Hesse, Germany, under solicitation PR16019314, with a firm fixed price structure covering all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work. The project includes a wide range of interior and exterior improvements such as ceiling and flooring replacement, wall and ceiling painting, ceramic tile installation, anti-slip coatings, wall protection boards, bollard removal with paving repairs, installation of a glass canopy, procurement and setup of a white janitorial cabinet, and lawn grass pavers. All work must comply with the stricter of U.S. or European standards, and must adhere to German and American regulatory requirements. The contractor is accountable for securing all required licenses and permits to conduct business in Germany and must ensure that any subcontractors also possess proper authorization under DOSAR 652.242-73. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 10:00 hrs, and only firms that attend this visit are permitted to submit quotes, with attendee names required by June 26, 2026, at 16:00 hrs to einkauf@state.gov.
