The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh’s (URA requests proposals from developers for the creation and/or preservation of affordable rental housing units, known as the Rental Gap Program (RGP).  The RGP will be used to help fund the creation of new affordable housing and/or preserve existing affordable housing in the City. The RGP provide loans to developers (borrowers) for the creation and/or preservation of affordable units. The RGP is designed to increase the supply of decent affordable housing and to eliminate health, safety and property maintenance deficiencies as well as to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
