2. Quoters are advised that the aforementioned provision is incorporated by reference in DFARS 252.204-7998, Alternate A, Annual Representations and Certifications. (DEVIATION 2026-O0043). Please review all clauses and provisions to ensure full compliance prior to submitting a quotation.
3. Quoters are required to submit their quotation via E-mail to Jon R. Miller at jon.r.miller17@us.navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Japan Standard Time, Tuesday, 5 May 2026.
4. A complete quotation must consist of the following:
A signed and completed SF 1449 (Solicitation No. N6264926QJ010), including acknowledgement of all amendments, to include:
-Page 1 - Blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c on Page 1 filled out completely
-Pages 3-4 - Unit and total pricing for the following line items
CLIN 0001 - (Base Period - 6 Months)
CLIN 1001 - (Option Period - 1 Month)
5. Official Company Quotation Form. The quoter must provide a separate quotation form
6. Maintenance Service Explanation (If Applicable): The Government's minimum maintenance and repair response times are outlined in PWS Section 4.2. If the quoter's standard commercial maintenance policy differs from the PWS (e.g., different response times, different procedures for replacement units), the quoter must submit a brief written explanation of their standard commercial maintenance terms. If no explanation is provided, the Government will assume the quoter agrees to comply fully with the PWS as written.
By signing and submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation, the quoter is confirming that it has read, understands, and agrees to comply with all minimum specifications and performance requirements detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in Section C.
