Requirement DetailsTendering Procedure: OpenThis requirement is open to Bidders for Services in the National Capital Region.Title:Rental of Fences and Privacy ScreensSummary:The objective of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO)) is seeking to establish up to two (2) Standing Offers for the Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH to supply construction grade fences and privacy screens for Canada Day, Winterlude and possibly other events on an as-and-when-required basis in the National Capital Region (NCR), as defined in Annex “A”, Statement of Work.The Standing Offer (s) period is from April 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024 with in addition three (3) option years of 12 months each.These events are held at various locations in the National Capital Region as much in Quebec as in Ontario, including, but without being limited to, the following locations: Confederation Park, Major’s Hill Park, Jacques-Cartier Park, Le Breton Flat, Sparks Street, Canadian History Museum and some roadways between official sites. See Annex A, article 3.2 for typical needs and specifications on the different types of fencing needed.Mandatory Evaluation Criteria:MTC1: The Offeror must provide details and descriptions of a minimum of three (3) similar like-sized projects in magnitude based on the data provided in Article 3.2 of Annex “A” of the Statement of Work, and completed within the last twelve (12) years prior to the closing date of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO), clearly demonstrating their experience in providing the inventory amount material and equipment required in good conditions for each project.Each project description must include:Client's name, phone, email;a description of the work;the amount and description of the material and equipment used for each project (Ex.: types of fencing and size, privacy screen and wind braces, etc.) and the size and magnitude of the project;location of the work; and,the dates the work was performed (yyyy-mm-dd to yyyy-mm-dd).Security Requirement: No security clause required, unless work on the parliament hill is necessary, the following clause applies for an ACCESS STATUS SITE:1. Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to work sites with restricted access must ALL hold a current SITE ACCESS STATUS issued or approved by PCH.2. Subcontracts with security requirements MUST NOT be awarded without prior written approval from PCH.3.
