The Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System is soliciting rental services for a temporary 800- to 1,200-gallon ASME-rated condensate return tank system to be installed outdoors adjacent to the existing unit within the boiler plant at 500 N. Highway 89, Prescott, AZ. The contract requires the contractor to deliver, install, connect, operate, maintain, repair, and ultimately remove the system, ensuring it meets all technical specifications including a minimum 20-minute overflow storage capacity at peak plant output, 150 psi pressure rating, and 250°F temperature tolerance, with all necessary pumps, level controls, alarms, and interlocks included.
