Notice of Proposed Procurement
This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
Objective:
ESDC is seeking one or more Repair and Maintenance contract(s) for the various File Bays in the File Management Centre located in Edmonton Alberta. There are four (4) different types of bays broken down by streams:
Stream 1: Montel;
Stream 2: Spacesavers;
Stream 3: SpacePro (Crank); and
Stream 4: Spacefile (ACME).
Annual (Once per fiscal year April 1 - March 31) preventative maintenance plus on demand repairs performed as needed.
Proposed period of contract:
Each contract period is estimated to be from contract award to March 31, 2024 plus three (3) additional one year option period:
