File Number: W8486-228609/A NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT R&O Militarized MHE Fleet The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O), Field Service Representatives (FSR) and Technical Support to perform inspection, repair, and to maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and its components in accordance with Annex A – Statement of Work, dated January 17, 2023, and Annex B – Logistics Statement of Work The work under this requirement will be carried out for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the contract with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official languages of Canada. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. This requirement uses electronic receipt of bids by e-mail only.
