N--REPLACE BOILER BURNERS

The Indian Education Acquisition Office, under the Department of the Interior, has issued solicitation 140A2326Q0249 for a firm-fixed-price contract to replace two burnt-out burners on the boiler system at Mariano Lake Community School in Crownpoint, NM. The scope of work requires the contractor to furnish and install two new Power Flame oil-fired burners equipped with Fireye PPC4000 parallel positioning control systems. This project includes the removal and disposal of existing burners, installation of all necessary wiring, controls, sensors, conduits, and piping modifications, as well as internal fireside and waterside cleaning and gasket replacement. The contract is a set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE), and the award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, evaluating price, product availability, specifications, and delivery lead time. Interested offerors must submit all-inclusive quotes via email to the Contracting Officer by 5:00 p.m. MDT on August 24, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in unencrypted, unzipped PDF format and must include the completed and signed DIAR IEE Representation Form (1452.280-4), as failure to do so results in automatic disqualification. Contractors are required to provide evidence of immediate product availability, submit product photographs, and ensure all items are new and provided in original manufacturer packaging; refurbished or used items are strictly prohibited. The project includes a one-year warranty on all labor, materials, and equipment, and all work is subject to final inspection and acceptance by the Government at the school site.
