Replacement Existing Boiler System B304 VGLZ222004 - The contractor shall schedule and perform a construction task for the replacement of the existing heating boiler system in Building 304 at the Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Harrison Twp. MI. The Contractor will provide complete and operable boiler systems for B304. The replacement boiler shall be high efficiency condensing boiler. These boilers shall be high efficiency condensing boilers with a 10:1 turndown range in line with The Selfridge ANG Base Design Standards. The installation and replacement shall include but is not limited to all piping connections, combustion air and venting, power connections, hot water pumps, and system start-up and validation. The pumps and boilers will operate on a loop with the lead / lag configuration which will require some piping changes from the existing configuration. Sizing for the boilers will be approximate to the input MBH to the sizes listed in the attached SOW.
