Facility 3818CA, Fuel Loading Stand Canopy, is in need of a replacement. The current canopy is beyond repairs to support fall protection rails over three loading stands. Currently there is no fall protection for the workers to safely access the top of the truck. The current canopy is covered in corrosion and requires lighting upgrades. The degradation of the existing corroding canopy will increase with time, resulting in more frequent and increasing repair costs. Build a new canopy. The new canopy needs to be tall enough to allow a worker to access the top of the truck and include a fall protection harness system with an I-beam style, retractable harness.
