FEAD DELIVERABLE: CAT-2 IH-DB FUNDING SOURCE: SIOP-FP REQUESTED SCHEDULE: SOW: Requirement: Provide and Install a 300 space Modular Parking Structure on the North end of Montgomery Lot onboard Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton. Structure shall be one level above Ground parking. Structure shall include lighting for the surface of the modular parking as well as parking under the structure. Installation includes any required site work at Montgomery Lot, including any required utilities for the structure. Installation must meet safety and environmental requirements applicable to Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton. The Modular Parking Structure includes all design, manufacturing, transportation, and installation. Modular Parking Structure must meet all applicable building and safety codes. This project is needed to clear the U Lot, at which a facility will be constructed to relocate functions from B460, which must be demolished to support P454 M2D2 construction. Asset Management Support: Environmental Support: Market research identified four companies which provide modular parking structures.
