As of 3/31/2025 IPL NECC has decided they want this requirement to be CNIC funded and they want it done in the first quarter of FY26. Can go CAT III/ IV replace in kind. NECC FY23/24 Discussion on 9/22/2022 - NECC said they would follow up with on the status of this requirement. Possibly not willing to fund. Moved to FY24 for now. Redesign and replace HVAC system in CHEANN-CAD-593. Equipment in the building that the building was not designed for. Project needs reach-back support from ML because of security concerns. Has special access program that we cannot support. David needs to go to Naomi to find out to submit this to ML for their support. NAVELSG engaged DLA to facilitate a one for one replace in kind project. Capt. Bach notified by FMS Trapper Brandenburger in a face to face (4/2023) meeting that CNIC cannot fund in FY23 or 24, that if they want it done this year they would have to fund. STATEMENT OF WORK RFQ - 042123 JB 1456 Task # 1 Removal: Remove and disposal of a ir conditioner condenser and air handler Equipment: Installation of a new 3 ton air handler and air conditioner condenser Ductwork: Installation of ductwork transitions, duct boxes, foundation duct boxes or any other fittings as needed for the supply and return connections to install new indoor equipment T-Stat Wire: Reconnect to existing wire in the walls Electrical: Reconnect to existing power wire circuit, Replace outdoor disconnect box and new whip Condenser Pad: use existing Drainage: Reconnect to existing condensate lines from new AC coil, installation of P-Trap, an emergency pan overflow safety switch and emergency drain pan as needed Start Ups: Start up and ensure proper operation of entire system Task #2 (QTY: 2) Removal: Remove and disposal of air co ...
