Replacement of Day Hollow Road Culvert over Unnamed Tributary

Tioga County Department of Public Works has issued an invitation to bid for the federally funded replacement of the Day Hollow Road Culvert over an unnamed tributary, identified by solicitation number 2139027 and contract number P.I.N. 9755.37. The scope of work involves the removal of an existing corrugated metal pipe culvert and its replacement with a reinforced concrete box culvert. The project is scheduled for the 2027 construction season, with a substantial completion deadline of September 3, 2027. All work must be performed in accordance with the NYSDOT Standard Specifications dated September 1, 2026. Bids must be submitted as sealed proposals to the Tioga County Department of Public Works office in Owego, New York, no later than 11:00 A.M. on October 15, 2026.
