The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requests information from industry about off-the-shelf (OTS), commercial software, and other solutions to facilitate organ procurement and transplantation matching. HRSA would like information about the readiness for procurement and implementation of solutions specific to this application. The goal of this RFI is to learn more from industry and subject matter experts about off-the-shelf solutions to work with organ procurement and transplantation matching. This RFI will inform the redesign of the comprehensive organ matching IT system that HRSA is partnering with the U.S. Digital Service to improve. The RFI questionnaire (see link under the 'Attachments/Links') is expected to take 15-20 minutes to complete and is made of up sections covering your organization, functionality of your software solution, security of your software solution, and ways the Federal Government could procure your software solution.
