REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) : BILINGUAL CALL ANSWERING SERVICE PROVIDERS ACROSS CANADA
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain a better understanding of current industry capabilities regarding services for the requirement described in this document, namely a National 24 hours a day telephone answering service including weekends and holidays.
Through this Request for Information (RFI), the Labour Program of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking to consolidate the calls from employers reporting a serious injury, fatality or refusal to work due to a potential danger to centralized 24 hour telephone answering service. ESDC is also seeking vendors’/suppliers’ feedback on their experience and ability to satisfy the requirement and to provide suggestions on how the eventual solicitation might be structured.
