User behaviour, known users, content engagement)  by executing through Multi-channel (Links email, social, web, etc.)  by enhancing personalization offerings with targeted campaigns and tactics  Help Improve Employee Engagement and Confidence   by creating personalized experiences for customers without burdening their own capacity  by identifying areas of opportunity from an organic and paid perspective to inform new marketing strategy to generate qualified leads  by identifying and understanding the prospect and customer journey  by sending push notifications to inform RMs of customer activity, goal and milestone achievements, and contact efforts  And by surfacing this information in our CRM through an integration  Help Build Customer Loyalty by offering solutions relevant to their operation and preferences  Help Manage Consent & Preference by integrating with OneTrust  Help Harmonize the customer information, from 2 “sales” homegrown CRMs, to get a single version of the truth about the customer.   Help Provide Insights Through Integration with Google Analytics, Google Ads & Site Improve    For further details, refer to the RFP and Appendix A (RFP Schedule, Evaluation Process, Scope and Proposal Instructions) documents that are uploaded to MERX.    RFP PARTICULARS    All conditions for Proponent participation are included in the RFP documents.  Duration of Contract:  Up to 5 Years  Options: Not Applicable    Estimated Quantity of Goods or Services:  See RFP for further details   Timeframe of Delivery of Goods or Services:  Not Applicable       RFP SCHEDULE    RFP Release Date:  July 13, 2023  Proponent Questions Accepted Until:  July 21, 2023 at 2:00 PM CST (SK time) at 2:00PM*  FCC Response to Proponent Questions Delivered Before:  August 1,  2023 at at 5:00PM*  RFP Closing Date/Time:  August 10, 2023 at  at 2:00PM*    NOTE: All times are CST – Saskatchewan.
