Request for Proposals – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to modernize its financial and administrative operations. The contract, identified as 2026-08 under solicitation 2140198, involves a five-year term with optional renewal periods. The scope of work includes software licensing, configuration, data migration from legacy systems, and integration with TCAT's existing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Key functional requirements include core financials, nonprofit fund accounting adhering to U.S. GAAP and ASC 958, budgeting, capital planning, and grant management.
