The intent of this solicitation is to seek qualified firms interested in assisting the City with updating its Risk and Resiliency Assessment and Emergency Response Plan in compliance with Section 2013 of Senate Bill 3021(S.3021), America's Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) of 2018. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this RFP electronically. If submitting a paper proposal, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late proposals will not be accepted. The City of Arlington exclusively uses IonWave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations.
