The firm who is awarded a contract must be able to comply with the required or proposed delivery schedule, have a satisfactory record of performance, and have a satisfactory record of integrity and ethics. Firms that demonstrate in their statement of qualifications the ability to provide services meeting the City’s requirements will be placed on a list of pre-qualified firms. The City will be accepting sealed submittals up until 2:00 PM on August 13, 2024. Submittals can be mailed, or hand delivered. Submittals may not be faxed or emailed. All submittals received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
