27-08:Digital Scanning Services
Solicitation # 27-08
The Bossier Parish School Board (BPSB) in Louisiana is soliciting proposals under RFP 27-08 for a comprehensive, end-to-end digital scanning and conversion solution. The objective is to establish a scalable and repeatable approach for converting various record types and formats across multiple district departments into a digital format. Vendors must certify compliance with FERPA and HIPAA security and confidentiality standards and provide a detailed integration and timeline plan. While no specific budget or quantity of records has been established, vendors are required to describe their recommended approaches for OCR accuracy, indexing, and cybersecurity.
