The Contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance, technical support, preventive maintenance, remote diagnostics, software maintenance, warranty coordination, and related support services for the existing Cisco, Poly, and associated Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) infrastructure deployed throughout Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL).


A detailed inventory of covered equipment and systems will be provided as an attachment to the resulting agreement. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, expertise, and resources necessary to maintain the operational readiness, reliability, and performance of the designated VTC systems.


Support services shall include, but are not limited to, the following equipment and components:


  • Conference room VTC and collaboration systems
  • Cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and related peripherals
  • Video conferencing codecs and control systems
  • Network connectivity components dedicated to or supporting VTC operations
  • Software, firmware, licensing, and operating systems associated with supported VTC platforms
