The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC) twice a year on 6 month intervals.


The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center at the Thomasville FRC.


Offerors must provide a quote and a capability statement no later than 2:00pm ET Friday July 10, 2026, to the following
email address: tiffany.young@fema.dhs.gov 


All Questions shall be made in writing to the above email address. Questions are due no later than 2:00pm ET Wednesday July 01, 2026.
